Critical soil temperature rise (VDE)

This is the temperature rise of the boundary between the dry and moist zones above the ambient temperature of the soil according to VDE 0276-1000 with continous load ($LF$ = 1).

This value is fixed to 15 K in VDE 0276-1000 but can be adjusted in Cableizer.
