Geometric mean radius of the ground conductor

We calculate a geometric radius for a solid conductor based on the cross-sectional area of the ecc which is an input value.

Definition according to IEEE 575-2014 Annex E.1.3.3 considers an electrical equivalent radius with a factor of 0.75. This corresponds to parameter GMR_p in Energies 2022, 15-05010 used to calculate E_p
