We operate exclusively on a B2B basis and provide our services from Switzerland. For Swiss customers, Swiss VAT is charged. For international customers, no Swiss VAT is charged and the reverse-charge mechanism applies. The customer, as the recipient of the service, is responsible for any VAT, import duties, or other applicable taxes in their country.

If a client has requested a certificate of residence, we include it here.

Invoicing

The bank accounts are held with UBS Switzerland AG (formerly Credit Suisse AG). The new IBANs will be valid from the beginning of 2026, while the former Credit Suisse IBANs will remain valid for an extended period.

Cableizer is a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. Customer data is hosted in Finland on servers operated by Hetzner, a German provider, in compliance with GDPR.
