We exclusively operate on a B2B basis and our services are provided from Switzerland. For Swiss customers, VAT is charged. For international customers, no VAT is charged and we apply the reverse charge procedure. The international customer, as recipient of the service, is responsible for any VAT, import duties, or other applicable taxes in their country.
