We operate exclusively on a B2B basis and provide our services from Switzerland. For Swiss customers, Swiss VAT is charged. For international customers, no Swiss VAT is charged and the reverse-charge mechanism applies. The customer, as the recipient of the service, is responsible for any VAT, import duties, or other applicable taxes in their country.

The protection of your data is very important to us. Cableizer is a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, data is hosted in Finland on servers operated by Hetzner, a German provider, in compliance with GDPR.
