Bend radius

This is the radius to the centerline of the bend.

When calculating the sidewall bearing pressure $F_{rad}$ the inside bending radius of the conduit is used instead, which is calculated as $r_{arc}-Di_{d}/2000$. However, if the force is negative at the beginning of the bend and the cable is therefore pushed into the duct, the outside bending radius of the conduit is used instead.

The smallest inside bending radius along the cable route should always be larger than the allowed minimal bending radius $r_{mbp}$.
